Are the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu techniques realistic for real fights?

How old do you have to be to train in a Bujinkan Budotaijutsu Dojo?

im 14 and i want to learn ninjutsu and i heard that Budotaijutsu is the only real ninjutsu taught in Western culture
