It is as simple as locating a local bujinkan dojo and signing up for classes. Traveling to Japan is not a requirement to begin instruction, and is unnecessary…especially since you need to be around 10th Dan before you can train with Hatsumi Soke anyway. They are fairly prevalent around the world, so there is likely one within a reasonable distance. However, they have grown very quickly, so quality of instruction is a potential issue.
